You’re late, that was a few weeks ago.
However, I wasn’t referring to those who watch the video and automatically call themselves activists. I’m referring who those who become aware of the issue because of peers spreading awareness and choose to educate themselves.
But okay, lol.

hmm, the Kevin John Beltran kind?
The truth of the matter is, things won’t change unless you do.
You isolate yourself from the people who love you and then blame them for your pain when they walk away. You sit there and wonder why everyone close to you leaves you and rule out every possibility except for your own actions. You embrace strangers and allow them to hurt you, leaving those who care to pick up the pieces. Eventually, you get so caught up in your own problems, you don’t have time to build a good relationship with anyone anymore, and you cry and get angry and realize you’re alone when it’s already too late.
Do you really want to know why no one has stuck around?
Look in the mirror.
I usually don’t offer my opinions much, but this is really pissing me off.
Who cares that people are only spreading Kony because their peers are? It’s a good cause, regardless of how people people have come to know about it or their intentions for spreading it. Why does it matter if you knew about it years before the rest of us were aware of it? It doesn’t make the situation better, and quite frankly, you obviously didn’t do much to help out, therefore the rest of us are becoming aware of it.
I really don’t understand why there has to be so many pessimistic people. When did it become cool to be an asshole?
